The paper introduces the work undertaken within FI-STAR, a FI-PPP Use Case in eHealth domain. It presents the various issues and challenges faced by the developers in compliance to FI-PPP GE and SEs sepcifications. It introduces the project quality indicators to help ensuring sustainability of the development as as market acceptance. Quality of experience as measured by end users as well as health impact are introduced so not only the project will develop interoperable products with high quality but should be accepted by users demonstrating high values of the deliveries.
