From October 10th to 14th , Seoul host the IoT Korea week gathering 12 international events, 25 000 visitors from 35 countries. This edition aims at creating awaraness about the Internet of Things, enhancing business and presenting the latest trends in core technology for Intelligence Information Society and Industry 4.0. As specialist and coordinator of the EU-KR Wise IoT project, Easy Global Market was obviously there.
Philippe Cousin and Franck Le Gall attended the KR-EU coordinated calls R&D conference dealing with opportunities and advances in 5G, the upcoming generation of mobile communications, Cloud computing and IoT technologies. On the same topic, EGM representatives animated the Wise IoT plenary meeting, the opportunity to review defined usecase in Smart city, leisure, … but also to see progresses and update roadmaps for high-level architecture, technologies and implementation, focusing on integration, security and interoperability features.
EGM take also part of IoT Korea exhibition, presenting a demo of semantic interoperability and communication between OneM2M implementation and Fiware platform. This example of mini Smart city results from our strong collaborations between european and Korean partners.
In parallel, some testing activities were also presented by our partner Keti, Korea Electronics Technology Institute. A demonstration highlighted the oneM2M adapter for Titan, some outcomes from our contribution in the initiative OneM2M tester.
